GREENVILLE – CNHI has promoted Lisa Chappell, a veteran Texas publisher, to regional executive for the company’s newspapers in North Texas and five others in Oklahoma. 
Chappell presently serves as publisher for the Greenville Herald-Banner and its Texas sister newspapers papers in Gainesville, Royse City, Rockwall County, Weatherford and Cleburne. 

SEALY – Former general manager Amy Lieb has been promoted to publisher of The Sealy News.
Lieb started at The News as bookkeeper/office manager and has maintained the bookkeeping responsibilities while climbing the leadership ladder for nearly five years at the paper.

DALLAS – Management changes announced at The Dallas Morning News

PORT LAVACA – JT Strasner is the new publisher of the Port Lavaca Wave.
He comes from Phillips Media Group, where he served as the group publisher over five community publications.

NEW BOSTON – Bowie County native and award winning journalist Heather Russell has been named publisher of the Bowie County Citizens Tribune.
