Oct. 4 through 10 is National Newspaper Week, an annual observance sponsored by the Newspaper Association Managers (NAM) to recognize the service of newspapers to their communities.
Theme for the 80th annual observance is "America Needs Journalists." Images of the 2020 logo and five ads in seven sizes are available on the website, www.nationalnewspaperweek.com. The ads, designed for both print and web use, may be customized with local newspaper logos.
