CLEAT endorses Representative Drew Springer for Texas Senate in run-off

AUSTIN — The Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT) has endorsed Representative Drew Springer in the Senate District 30 race. Springer has shown a commitment to law enforcement and criminal justice issues and has taken public positions regarding issues that will impact the state’s rank and file officers.

CLEAT is the state’s largest police organization with over 25,000 members and has a reputation for fighting hard for Texas law enforcement. We believe Drew Springer has similar courage to serve in the Texas State Senate and make a difference for the public we protect.

The brave and courageous men and women of Texas law enforcement deserve representation, advocacy, and results they can count on. It is with pride that we endorse Drew Springer’s campaign for the Texas Senate.
