DALLAS, TX (May 28, 2021): Atlantic Housing Foundation, a non-profit affordable housing developer, announced the appointment of Michael Duffy as Vice Chairman of its Board of Trustees. Duffy, who joined Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. as a member of the Board of Trustees in January 2019, is the retired Chief Operating Officer for Trammell Crow Company.

 

“Mike brings a wealth of experience to see Atlantic Housing Foundation into the next phase of our growth as an organization,” said Dan French, Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Founder of Atlantic Housing Foundation. “I am incredibly proud of our accomplishments as an organization over the last 20 years transforming countless residents' lives across our 48 communities in six states and 36 cities. Our mission to provide all people with a place to call home, and our passion for real change, guided by an imaginative, innovative and always trusted process, has helped residents improve their own lives and the communities they live in.”

 

Duffy has a 40-year career in commercial real estate investment and development, the last 20 with Trammell Crow Company, the nation’s largest commercial developer, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Michael worked with Principal Real Estate Investors, The Balcor Company, and Urban Investment and Development Company. He is a current partner and past Board Member of Social Venture Partners – Dallas and serves on the Board of Directors at St. Mary’s of Carmel School. Michael holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MM from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
