-Install appropriate analytics and report automation creation.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
-Associates Degree preferred
- 2+ years of front-end development especially with WordPress

Essential Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong computer skills.
-Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript.
-Integration specialist, knowledge of integrating widgets, RSS feeds, database exports/imports and plugins.
-Have a keen eye for design and website functionality.
-Be able to perform tasks with excellence in a timely manner.
-Be able to receive task corrections well and adjust accordingly.
-Back-end development experience is a plus.
-APP development experience is a plus.
-Experience with the Divi theme in WordPress is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Job Title: Digital Content Producer Department: MRD
FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports to: Digital Production Manager
Customary Days: Monday – Friday
Customary Hours: 40 hours per week, some overtime as required

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the MRD team to understand the client’s brand and “messaging” for each content piece.
-Create, design and schedule various digital delivery.
-Meet with the client to learn the appropriate “voice” for blogs and social posts.
-Conduct the appropriate research to support the digital creatives needed.
-Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Creative Cloud; Illustrator; Photoshop).
-Have the ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
-Prepare rough drafts or “specs” based on an agreed messaging.
-Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
-Work with our videographers to create video messaging.
-Have an understanding of the latest digital design trends.
-Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
-Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
-Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.

Position Summary
The Digital Ad Operations Manager’s responsibility will be to manage the digital ad operations of the company including newspapers, magazines and our agency, M. Roberts Digital. They will provide insight and recommendations to increase our owned and operated revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage digital ad ops - remnant and programmatic.
-Oversee and deploy changes to ad unit waterfall.
-Optimize ad revenue both individually and waterfall performance.
-Manage advertising vendors.
-Google Display, AdWords, Connaitix, Nativo, Youtube, Facebook, LiveIntent, AnyClip, others.
-Be the in-house expert on Town News features and functionality - troubleshoots.
-Manage our Google products performance of our Agency clients.
-Digital ad reporting - for each operational unit both performance and revenue. Provide performance insights and recommended improvements.
-Assist, understand, and support a back-up role for BlueConic operations.
-Manage website vendors and performance - Town News, social channels.
-Work with sales reps on increasing O&O revenue (sales engineer).
-Work with newsrooms as a technology liaison.
-Represent ad ops on development projects.
-Project management and development roadmaps as assigned.
-Technical e-commerce and paywall support.
-Digital problem solving.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of programmatic management experience
-Google certification is a plus
