A special thanks goes out to the newspaper men and women of Wisconsin Newspaper Association for judging this year’s contest April 25, 2008, in Madison, Wis. Winners were announced June 21, 2008, at the 129th Summer Convention. TPA members judged the Wisconsin contest Oct. 16-17 at the Wyndham Garden Hoel in Austin.
