All TPA ID Cards are shipped to the publisher of the member newspaper. The member newspaper must be a "good standing" (Dues Paid) member of the Texas Press Association to receive ID cards. Please do not order if you have not paid your dues for the year. |

| A photo file JPEG (Mug shot): 0.764 inches (148 pixels) wide by 0.819 inches (159 pixels) high (300 dpi) | |
| A signature file GIF (card holder signature): 1.5 inches wide by 0.4 inches high (300 dpi) | |
| Cropping for the photo should be tight (top of hair to the bottom of neck or collar. The photos are very small on the card so the face should fill the area. |
| Please name the files above with your LastnameFirstnamePhoto.jpg for
the photo file and the signature file LastnameFirstnameSig.gif (i.e.
HodgesMikePhoto.jpg and HodgesMikeSig.gif) Both the files (if done correctly) will be very small and upload quickly. |
| After filling in the information below and submitting your photo and signature files you will be sent to the TPA store to pay for the card. You can pay at the e-store or quit and call us with your credit card. Please go to the e-store ONLY ONCE! Change the quantity of the card to the correct number of cards you have ordered and submit your credit card ONLY ONE TIME! Your name should be the same as your Drivers License. |
